Repair, not conceal. Botox pauses. Filler fills. Muse cells rebuild.
A lyophilized, Muse-derived exosome preparation paired with a copper-peptide and hyaluronic acid diluent — reconstituted immediately before use, and applied in the window when skin's uptake is greatest. Best paired with in-office microneedling or Morpheus8 — buy your own kit and bring it to your appointment for your provider to apply chairside.
Not the same thing as a generic exosome product. Most exosome treatments on the market are pooled from broad, unspecified sources — priced accordingly. Muse cells sit at the other end of the spectrum: a single, rigorously defined stem-cell subpopulation, isolated by a published protocol and traceable to one lab — Prof. Mari Dezawa's at Tohoku University. That level of characterization is rare, and it's reflected in both the format and the price. This isn't the entry-level version of regenerative skincare — it's the specialized one.
| Generic Exosomes | Dezawa Muse Cells | |
|---|---|---|
| Source population | Unspecified, often pooled | Single, defined SSEA-3-selected line |
| Traceability | Rarely disclosed | Traceable to one lab, published protocol |
| Format | Often frozen, cold-chain dependent | Lyophilized, cold-chain-free |
| Diluent | Typically inert saline | Functional complex (copper-peptide + HA) |
| Batch consistency | Variable | Characterized, consistent source |
Your clinic doesn't offer it yet? That's normal — this is genuinely new. Buy your kit here and bring it to your next microneedling or Morpheus8 appointment; any provider offering those treatments can apply it chairside.
One session in, and it already shows:
Visible within days. Full collagen effects by week 6. Most patients build to a series of 2–4 sessions, a month apart — then just maintain it.
The same lyophilized MuseExosomes kit is also used off the face — applied to the scalp immediately after microneedling, the same uptake-window mechanism described above, this time directed at hair follicles and the dermal papilla rather than facial skin.
Suggested series: 4–6 sessions at monthly intervals, timed to your scalp microneedling schedule. Presented as a usage suggestion, not a validated regimen or a guarantee of hair regrowth — individual results vary.
Muse cells — multilineage-differentiating stress-enduring cells — are a defined subpopulation of mesenchymal cells. They're isolated by sorting on SSEA-3, a surface marker associated with embryonic stem cells, and represent roughly 1% of cultured bone-marrow MSCs.
Nothing is pre-mixed, because a reconstituted biological preparation has a materially shorter usable life than a lyophilized one. Reconstitute chairside or at home, immediately before use.
Results are best when application lands inside the uptake window — the interval right after a procedure has transiently increased skin permeability.
Suggested series: 3 sessions at 3–4 week intervals for skin rejuvenation, timed to your device protocol, with periodic maintenance. Presented as a usage suggestion aligned to published study protocols — not a validated regimen for this product.
