Our approach

Functional. Holistic. Personal.

Root cause, not symptoms

Tiredness, poor sleep, weight that won’t shift and low mood are signals. We ask why, then work on the cause, not just the symptom.

One connected system

Your gut affects your mood, your sleep affects your blood sugar, and stress affects your hormones. We never look at one part on its own.

Mind, body and spirit

Lasting change needs all three. A plan that feeds the body but ignores the mind and spirit rarely lasts.

You are the reference point

Two people with the same result can need different plans. Yours is built from your biology, your history and your life.

Small and steady

Big overhauls rarely last. Small changes, stacked over time, become who you are.

Foundations first

Therapy builds on the basics.

  1. 01DiagnosticsUnderstand your biology
  2. 02FoundationsBuild the basics, for life
  3. 03TherapiesOnly if needed

No therapy can outwork poor sleep, ongoing stress or food that works against your biology. When the foundations are right, many people find they need less — and where therapy is still needed, it works on solid ground. That’s why every RejuveneX journey starts here.

The seven foundations

Seven areas. One you.

01

Nutrition

Real food, built around you.

Nutrition isn’t a diet or a list of rules. It’s eating in a way that keeps your blood sugar steady, calms inflammation and gives your body what it needs to repair.

We look at

What, when and how you eat; protein, fibre and colour on your plate; blood sugar balance; key nutrients; and hydration — how much you drink, and what.

It might include

Simple meal structures, protein at every meal, more plants, better fats, timing that suits your day, a hydration routine with the right electrolytes, and recipes you’ll actually make.

02

Gut health

Where health begins.

Your gut digests your food, trains your immune system, and talks to your brain and your hormones. When it struggles, you often feel it elsewhere.

We look at

Bloating, digestion, regularity, food reactions, and the foods that feed a healthy microbiome.

It might include

Fibre and fermented foods, gentle elimination where it’s appropriate, eating rhythm, and diagnostics if your physician recommends them.

03

Movement

Strength is longevity.

Muscle, balance and fitness are among the best-studied markers of healthy ageing. You don’t need a gym habit — just the right movement for you, done often.

We look at

Your current activity, strength, mobility, energy, any limits, and how well you hydrate around exercise.

It might include

Strength work, daily walking, mobility, gentle cardio, and building up safely over time.

04

Sleep & rhythm

Your nightly reset.

Sleep is when your body repairs, your brain clears and your hormones rebalance. Your body clock affects your energy, appetite and mood.

We look at

How you fall asleep, stay asleep and wake; light, screens, caffeine and evening habits.

It might include

A steady sleep window, morning light, a wind-down routine, and changes to your room and evenings.

05

Stress & nervous system

Out of “on”, into balance.

Ongoing stress keeps your body on alert. It affects cortisol, sleep, digestion, blood sugar and how you age. Recovery is a skill, and it can be learned.

We look at

Your daily pressures, how you recover, and signs your system is overloaded.

It might include

Breathing practices, short recovery breaks, time outdoors, boundaries, and building in real rest.

06

Mindset

Change starts with how you think.

The stories you tell yourself — about your body, your age and what’s possible — shape the choices you make every day. A growth mindset turns “I can’t” into “not yet”. It’s what keeps a habit going when motivation fades.

We look at

Your beliefs about health and ageing, self-talk, motivation, focus, and the patterns that have held you back before.

It might include

Reframing unhelpful beliefs, setting goals you’ll actually reach, building self-trust through small wins, focus and attention practices, and tools for the days that feel hard.

07

Spiritual drive

Your reason why.

Purpose is what gets you up in the morning and keeps you going when it’s hard. Whatever gives you meaning — faith, nature, family, service, creativity or a calling — it fuels everything else. People who live with a sense of purpose and connection tend to live better and longer.

We look at

What gives your life meaning, your values, your relationships and community, and where you feel most yourself.

It might include

Clarifying your values and your “why”, stillness or reflection practices, gratitude, time in nature, deepening connection, and shaping goals around what truly matters to you. It’s personal: we work with your own beliefs, whatever they are, and never impose any.

Signs to listen to

Your body is talking.

These are common signs that your foundations need attention:

None of these is a diagnosis, but each one is worth understanding.

From results to routine

Your markers, your plan.

Your blood check and diagnostics give us the starting point:

Epigenetics — your biological age (DNA methylation)All seven foundations. How you eat, sleep, move, handle stress and think can influence how your genes are expressed — and retesting shows how your biological age responds
Methylation markers (homocysteine, folate, B12)Nutrition — leafy greens, B vitamins and protein — with physician input where needed
Blood sugar & insulin markersNutrition, meal timing and movement
Inflammation markersFood, gut, sleep and stress
Vitamin D & ironFood choices, sunlight, and testing with your physician where needed
Cholesterol & lipidsFats, fibre and movement
Hydration markers (sodium, potassium, urea, creatinine)Water and electrolyte habits — especially around exercise, heat and caffeine
Thyroid & cortisol patternsSleep, stress and recovery — with referral to the physician when needed
Your goals and your whyMindset and spiritual drive — the engine that keeps your plan going
What you get

Human. Every step of the way.

Technology helps us track. People do the care. Your coaching, your diagnostics review and your plan come from humans — never generated, never automated.

  • A personal coach you’ll actually speak to, one-to-one
  • Your results read by a physician, not a program
  • A nutrition guide written for you, with simple recipes
  • A habit and food tracker in your client portal, checked by your coach
  • A real person to message between sessions, so you’re never doing it alone
When you need more

Foundations first. Then, if needed, more.

When the basics are in place and your results show you need more support, our physician-led therapies build on everything you’ve done.

Questions

Good to know.

Is this a diet?

No. There’s no calorie counting and no forbidden foods. It’s a way of eating, moving and living that suits your body and that you can keep.

Do I need diagnostics first?

Your free longevity check is the starting point, so your plan is based on your own results, not guesswork.

Can I do this wherever I live?

Yes. Lifestyle coaching is online and available wherever you are.

Will I need supplements?

Only if your results point to a need, and the physician agrees. Food and habits come first.

How long before I notice a difference?

Everyone is different. Many people notice changes in energy and sleep within the first few weeks. We track your progress and adjust as we go.

Is the spiritual part religious?

No. Spiritual drive is about what gives your life meaning. That might be faith, but equally family, nature, service or a personal goal. We work with your beliefs, whatever they are.

I’ve tried everything before. Why would this be different?

Because it starts with your biology, not a generic plan, and it changes only one or two things at a time, with support. That is what makes habits last.

Ready when you are.
